Patients’ confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. The medical and financial information that you share with us is strictly private and we do not share it with anyone without your written consent. We have also gone to great lengths to secure our records, both physically and electronically, by reliable professionals who specialize in medical record keeping.
On your first appointment, you can expect to read and sign a privacy notice that will authorize only you, or a legal guardian, to exchange personal information with us and any other agreed upon entities; like other doctors or laboratories.
Our office has been ‘paperless’ for several years and no paper charts are present for any new patients. Any papers associated with you are scanned into your electronic chart.
