Oral Surgery & Extractions

tooth extraction example

When a tooth is too far gone to fix with traditional methods and an extraction is warranted, we usually have a frank discussion.   X-rays and photos are shared with the patient to assist them in making an informed decision about losing their tooth.

We will discuss the risks, benefits and alternatives.

We do not take lightly the loss of a tooth, but we also make certain that a patient understands the risks and benefits for long-term health.

Local anesthesia is given and in the case of an apprehensive patient, we have additional options like Nitrous Oxide and Conscious Sedation.
